End User License Agreement
The following EULA must be accepted by end user upon DVBLink software installation.
End-User License Agreement for DVBLink Software products
Subject to the terms of this Agreement, DVBLogic ("The Company") grants a personal, nonexclusive, non-assignable and non-transferable license to use the DVBLink software product ("Software") on one machine (either physical or virtual). For the purposes of this agreement, a "licensee" shall be considered an original purchaser who has paid the registration fee.
Unauthorized copying of the Software, including software that has been modified, merged or included with the Software, or the written materials associated therewith is expressly forbidden.
Reverse Engineering Prohibited
Unauthorized reverse engineering of the Software, whether for educational, fair use, or other reason is expressly forbidden. For the purposes of this license the term "reverse engineering" shall apply to any and all information obtained by such methods as decompiling, decrypting, trial and error, or activity logging.
Licensee may not sub license, assign, or transfer this license or the Software. Any attempt to sub license, assign or transfer any of the rights, duties or obligations under this license is void.
DVBLogic may release from time to time updates or upgrades to a previous version of the Software. You must possess a valid license to such previous version in order to use such upgrade or update. Upon such update or upgrade you may continue using any such previous version in accordance with its end-user license agreement only if the upgrade or update and all previous versions are used on the same machine. No other use of the previous version(s) is permitted after installation of an update or upgrade. Upgrades and updates may be licensed to you by DVBLogic with additional or different terms.
Termination of License
The Company reserves the right to terminate this license at any time for any reason without prior notice to the user.
Trial version users agree to uninstall and destroy all files included with the Software upon expiration of the trial period. All other restrictions and terms of this license shall continue to apply.
Limited Warranty and Remedies
The Program is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall The Company be liable to you for any damages arising out of the use of the program, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
