AVerMedia HD DVR or Hauppauge HD PVR?

So for someone about to jump into DVBLink and WMC7, which hardware should I go with - the AVerMedia HD DVR or Hauppauge HD PVR? There seems to be plenty of talk about both in the forums - some talk of stability issues with the Hauppauge and image quality with the AVerMedia, amongst other things.

I'll be connecting to two Directv HD STBs (using the MCE IR blaster) and two AVerMedia AVerTVHD Duet tuners for OTA HD.

Any opinions/recomendations?

I have the same setup and went with the HDPVR because it supports digital AC3 5.1 audio. I believe the Avermedia only supports analog stereo.
